The Folding J Style Kayak Carrier is designed to transport your kayak or canoe on the side to save space, allowing for a second watercraft to be mounted on the other side of your roof racks (Dependent on the length of your crossbars). The space saving design enables you to mount other accessories on your roof rack, such as a luggage carrier to transport extra gear. The design also includes a cradle for carrying paddles. The Universal fitment allows the carrier to be compatible with most popular roof rack crossbars. Whether you're out paddling by yourself or with others, the S512 Folding J Style Kayak Carrier has you covered so you can enjoy the most out of your day. The S512 comes with all the necessary accessories to get you started including: 2 cradles, stainless steel hardware, rubber tube padding and 4 tie down straps. Additionally, an S512X Extension piece can be purchased to carry an extra watercraft.

- The Folding J Style Kayak Carrier is designed to transport your kayak or canoe safely & securely on its side to save space on your roof rack. The cradle folds down for storage. Includes paddled buckle straps, tie down straps, & paddle holder.
- Mounts to most elliptical & round bars such as the Vortex bar and other aero bars. Does not work with square bars. Accommodates sit in kayaks, fishing kayaks, sit on top kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, wakeboards, surfboards, & others.
- Easily tie down your kayak, canoe, or paddleboard with 2 included abrasion resistant padded straps. Includes convenient built-in paddle holders with rubber straps on the backside, plus 2 bow & stern straps for added security.
- Australian designed and engineered, the Kayak Carrier is made from high quality powder coated steel for maximum strength, durability, rust resistance and long life. Thick rubber saddles & pads prevent the kayak from rubbing/damage.
- Designed to accommodate a variety of watercraft sizes and styles: from kayaks, stand up paddle boards (SUP) and some canoes. 99 pound weight capacity (45 kg). Requires 14" of crossbar space deployed.
- Add S512X Arm Extension (sold separately), enabling you to carry two kayaks side by side. Depending on your crossbars, you can carry up to 4 watercrafts using 2x Folding J Style Kayak Carriers and 2x Folding J Style Kayak Carrier Extensions.
- Unlike the ridged design watercraft holders, the Rhino-Rack carrier folds down when not in use to improve aerodynamics and reduce fuel consumption and noise.
